The use of conductive concrete linings over high dielectric refractory concrete linings helps protect our public infrastructures and technostructures from being overwhelmed with ice, frost, and snow. They also help protect our industrial facilities and public utilities from EMP and CME if ever those events happens.
EMP and CME protected nuclear power plants and computer-communication centers are already over-shielded and more over-shielded industrial shelters were already built and are being expanded. All exposed technologies were re-engineered to withstand infinitely high levels of EMP and CME energies. Vacuum tubes are back in business!
