I haven't commented on the awful Kony episode, as it was so quickly quashed by the debunkers, and it was pretty obvious what was going on from the start, plus the bizarre shenanigans later, of the film's Producer being caught naked, etc, etc. But here is the geopolitical truth about the US's objectives in Africa, just in case anyone was in any doubt:

Same or similar story goes for the pirates off of Somalia, the Sudan, Uganda, etc. Final interpretation is this: the US Administration has never had humanitarian concerns at the heart of their foreign policy objectives. I wonder why anyone ever thought they did?
