Water
is not scarce on this planet. Scarcity is a product of Geoengineering
practices designed to deprive areas for geopolitical destabilization.
This process makes these regions vulnerable to financial extortion via
'humanitarian efforts'.

NB Water has been metered and privatised everywhere, even springs coming out of the mountains where I live. Who gave them the right to steal the planet's resources?
