CCTVs

A recent trip around the south of England not only showed to me what this report confirms, but also revealed the extent of various masts - some of them huge - that are now planted everywhere. I have a feeling that they are about more than mobile phones:

(BTW I hate the Daily Mail, especially for all its sensational celebrity gossip, but for some strange reason it comes out with some good journalism sometimes).
