Here is one of those murky stories that surfaces from time to time, revealing the extent of the skulduggery that goes on in the name of diplomacy. Apparently deadly weapons were found in his hire-car, and he is no doubt not alone. Many people still have a lot of difficulty believing that we in the West regularly hire mercenaries, but here is the proof:
